2008 Youth Disability Caucus The WV Youth Disability Caucus is open to youth age 16-21 with all disabilities as defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act - a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activity - like take care of yourself (get dressed, bathe, eat, etc), walk or moving around, speak and be understood clearly, hear and understand others, learn, live on your own, make decisions, have a job and manage your money.
